“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.”
John Green
To help people with anxiety and related problems, including depression, stress, trauma, attentional problems, and cancer survivorship, I use evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatments. Evidence-based treatments are supported by research that shows effectiveness in helping people make cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes. I use a variety of cognitive-behavioral methods in my practice. The specific treatments I will use in our work together will be tailored to meet your specific needs and aptitudes.
